Things I have made a note to self about while in Spain or I have noticed that they do:
-Leave all the lights in the house off, even in the actual room that they are sitting in sometimes
-Conserve Water
-Use no heat...EVER, even while snowing
-Eat slightly healthier than Americans
-No congregating with friends in the home, only family
-Meet and have tapas and drinks daily; it is a very social thing and a big part of this culture
-Are usually very friendly
