Well school has been going well this week. It has been long hours, but I feel like they are passing a bit more quickly now. Chelsie finally got her luggage-after 2 weeks!!! Yay! I'm soo happy for her. We toured a small public school in the city today, where I think we are going to volunteer to help out for a few hours every week with children ages 0-3. I am really looking forward to that. I made plans with the group of friends that I always hang out with, last night to go to Belgium, Holland, and part of Germany after our trip to Madrid with our program. So, in two weeks, we will go to Madrid for 4 days, then we will go to Belgium for 2 days, Holland for 2-3 days, corner of Germany for 1-2 days and then fly back to Barcelona, where we will spend one night and hopefully get to see a Barcelona Futbol game! That would be amazing!!! Chelsie and I originally made plans to go to Italy, but they we changed our minds, scratched that trip, and then decided to go with our core group of friends, which consists of about 12 people out of the 57 that are here total through our program. We are al such a fun, great group. Everyone gets along really well and we have a ton of fun together. I love it! I am still learning more Spanish by the day and I feel like today was probably the best, most understood (on both sides) lunch I have had with my family. We were joking and having a great time. My roomie Meghan and I decided to no long speak to each other in English at the table. We only speak in Spanish and of course Spanish to our family. We only use English for clarification/understanding purpose. I am loving it. I am going out for tapas tonight with my brother and cousins and I am looking forward to it! Time for a siesta now. xoxo!
